Uploading Documents
All merchant supporting documents should be uploaded to the CRM. Below are the steps to get the documents from your computer to your merchant file in the CRM.
- Locate and click on the “Google Drive” icon in the merchant’s portal.

- Click on “Create Folder” and name the folder “(merchant name) Documents”

- Click on new folder just created then click on “upload file. Drag wanted files into the box and click upload. A large or large number of files being uploaded at once may cause delays or errors.
- All uploaded documents should be viewable and accessible by support and underwriting at this point
