Uploading Documents

All merchant supporting documents should be uploaded to the CRM. Below are the steps to get the documents from your computer to your merchant file in the CRM.

1. Locate and click on the “Google Drive” icon in the merchant’s portal.
2. 
3. Click on “Create Folder” and name the folder “(merchant name) Documents”
4. 
5. Click on new folder just created then click on “upload file. Drag wanted files into the box and click upload. A large or large number of files being uploaded at once may cause delays or errors.
6. All uploaded documents should be viewable and accessible by support and underwriting at this point
7.
